What’s next?
My master’s journey has led me toward a design practice centered on reflection, interpretation, and meaning-making. Through projects involving mental models, bodily awareness, and interaction design, I have developed the ability to uncover tacit experiences and translate them into meaningful interactions. Looking forward, I see three key areas for further development.
Reflection → Implementation
Many of my projects successfully support reflection and interpretation, but I want to further explore how these approaches can be integrated into industry and organizational contexts. My goal is to better understand how reflective and experience-centered methods can contribute to product development, innovation processes, and decision-making.
Methods → Scalability
Through my Final Master Project, I developed methods for helping people externalize experiences that are often difficult to articulate. In the future, I want to investigate how these methods can be adapted and applied across different contexts, users, and domains. This would allow the value of these approaches to extend beyond individual projects and become reusable design methods.
Prototype → Long-Term Adoption
Many of my projects have been developed as prototypes, exhibitions, or research explorations. A next step in my development is to understand how design interventions can continue beyond their initial implementation. I want to gain experience in long-term collaborations, implementation strategies, and organizational adoption to increase the lasting impact of my work.
By developing these three areas, I aim to strengthen my ability to translate reflective design approaches into sustainable and valuable contributions within professional practice.

Planned Action
Reflection → Implementation
Reflection → Implementation
Collaborate with industry and societal partners to investigate how reflective and interpretive design approaches can be translated into practical tools, design frameworks, and decision-making processes.
Methods → Scalability
Further refine and document the mental-model and somatic design methods developed during my master's projects, making them transferable to different design domains and multidisciplinary teams.
Prototype → Long-Term Adoption
Explore how experiential prototypes can evolve into sustainable interventions that remain meaningful beyond exhibitions and short-term research studies.
